Resolve Slow Playback Response in MediaWorks Plus
If playback of calls in MediaWorks Plus takes a really long time to start it could be due to your Anitivirus program attempting to scan the audio file first before releasing it to the player.
- Navigate to “Playback -> Audio Player Options”
- Select “HTML5 Player with Antivirus Bypass”
- Click “OK”
- Relaunch MWP and see if this changes the delay.
